Cut a piece of a postcard/magazine (Redo)

- How did you match the scene from the magazine to the scene you photographed? Did you control the light, composition, etc?
- Because of the photo of the magazine is the view that outside of the window. I find a window that is kind of same size of the picture and match it.
- What do you like best about this photo?
- I like this photo the scene does match together.
- What would you do differently if you did it again?/What would make it better?
- I would use the other magazine image to try new things, maybe it would be better.

Still Life Self Portrait
• How do these objects represent you today? Be specific and use complete sentences.
These objects are my favorite things, I play the clarinet for 4 years, every day I use the computer, pen, and books.
• What is the best aspect/what do you like best about your image?
I like the charm bracelet that put on the top of the book.
• List at least two compositional elements that you used and why.
I use Rule of the thirds and bird's eyes in this photo because it would be more clear to see the object shapes, and the rule of the third is to let people focus on the object.
• What lighting source did you choose and why? How does it affect the mood/meaning of the image?
I choose the soft lighting because if I use the hard lighting, the light that on the clarinet would be reflected.
• Ten years from now do you think you will choose the same objects? Why or why not?
Maybe I also will choose the same objects because these things to me are very important, they are indispensable for my life.

• What could you improve upon?
I will put more object to shows myself, or use different compositional elements to show how differences they will be.

Aperture Exporation

When we have more wider aperture, there have more blur.
When we have higher number of the f/stop, there have smaller circle.

Through The Eyes of a Child
- Review Questions:
- What object did you choose to photograph and why?
- I choose a toy that is a bicycle. Because children like to play with toys and the little bicycle can show what they want to play with.
- What compositional element(s) did you choose? How did the compositional element(s) add to the meaning or purpose of the photograph?
- I choose the rule of the third. The rule of the third can show the photo full focus point is at the toy.
- Do you think you were successful in translating your thoughts into a visual form? What aspects of the photograph lead you to this conclusion?
- I think it is a success to translate my thoughts into a visual form. The focus point of the photograph leads me to this conclusion.

- I would try different things that children usually play with.

Black and White Landscape Blog Post Instructions
The challenge that I have is to change the exposure and the shadow of this photo. If I did not get correctly the data, the color will totally change.
I change those color carefully.
This photo the buildings and sky kind of together, and this does add depth to my image.
I do like my image in color more. Because of it more colorful, and this image for black and white it seems like simple.
If I do it again, I would change where I stand and photograph the photo. I think the angle would be more shows the depth for this photo.
